PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The program is usually delivered face to face either onsite or at a venue the client organisation hires. It can also be delivered by video platform if participants are widely spread over a national or international area.

The program is launched with a one hour Zoom based introduction to brief people and focus their attention. This is preferably introduced by program sponsors from within the organisation.

The program is scheduled to be delivered in either:

  • 4 workshops of 2 days each OR

  • 8 workshops of 1 day each

Over the program client organisations may also choose to have participants complete a Management Application Project (MAP) in which they either individually or in a team of 2 to 4 make an improvement to the organisation. This is then reported back on in the 8th session.

The 8th module is where participants report back to senior managers on how they have developed and what they plan to do moving on and receive feedback and advice.
