OVERVIEW
This course is designed to help supervisors and team leaders who have previously completed a management course from the Frontline Management Institute or have relevant supervisory experience.
In this advanced supervisor course, supervisory skills are reviewed, assessed and adapted to suit the individual and their current work environment.
The course is designed as a review of supervisory capabilities and to plan for future growth and development as a supervisor or team leader and explores supervisory capability gaps and opportunities.
WHO IS THIS COURSE DESIGNED FOR?
Prerequisite: This course is designed to help supervisors and team leaders who have previously completed a supervisor or team leader course from the Frontline Management Institute or have relevant supervisory experience.
This advanced supervisor course can be done as an individual or as a group. The limit for the group is 12 participants to allow detailed, personalised discussion.
