A follow up workshop for people who have completed Management skills for new managers or Practical Management Skills with Frontline Management Institute.
OVERVIEW
This course is designed to help managers who have previously completed Management skills for new managers or Practical Management Skills with Frontline Management Institute. Participants review and assess management skills they have previously learnt and develop plans to further improve based on their current work environment and future goals.
Participants complete a self-assessment prior to the course to analyse their current management capabilities. A 360 survey can be administered as an optional extra.
This course can be completed annually to consistently review and plan for improvement management capability.
