The Frontline Management Institute Programs are significantly different from other training programs. They are more results orientated and have a clear focus on measurable outcomes. Frontline Managers who take part in this specially designed program are guided to carry out significant workplace projects that demonstrate actual performance improvements.

Measurable Results
FMI participants achieve measurable results that they, their direct managers and senior managers in the organisation can see will benefit both them and their organisation.
FMI participants normally have close involvement with a Mentor in the organisation who advises them on their project work and signs off on it. The content of development projects is negotiated between the participant, their line manager and their Mentor, using FMI's unique copyrighted planning and review instruments.

The projects must add real value to both the participant's development and to the organisation, so your organisation has a direct and measurable benefit from the program.

The Frontline Management Institute has designed its programs to allow a direct measurement of return on investment (ROI). All projects completed have a listed dollar value that the project has attributed to. This dollar value is signed off by the Mentor and direct line Manager.
