fmi profiler 360° is a unique tool developed by fmi which focuses entirely on the Key Management Competencies required by managers today. In an ever changing and competitive environment, fmi profiler 360° provides the opportunity to evaluate strengths and opportunities. This allows managers to focus their personal development into areas where maximum benefit can be gained.

Profiler guides have been designed so they are very simple to use. Because the questions focus purely on management competencies they are also easy to answer.

How fmi profiler 360° works:
1. Using the Profiler guides, participants are evaluated by themselves and usually four other colleagues:
- a manager
- a peer
- two team members who report to the participant.

2. Guides are received and processed back at fmi. Confidentiality of individual responses is always guaranteed.

3. Reports are produced summarising the participant's strengths and opportunities. Reports also highlight areas where participants may see themselves at a different level to how others perceive them.

The resulting reports are full of very tangible data which allows participants to easily evaluate their results and formulate action plans focusing on truly measurable objectives.

In order to make fmi profiler 360° flexible, our programmers have designed the summaries so that they can be reported at single manager, department, state, national and corporate levels.
